The choicest of ‘kebabs’, 18-layered ‘parathas’, succulent ‘naans’, mouth-watering ‘kachoris’, creamy ‘kulfis’, are all available for the asking. ‘Kakori’ kebabs are made of tenderized meat whipped to a creamy consistency, just strong enough to cling to the skewers. Once placed before you, they set off an aroma that induces hunger against your will.
